Problem analysis and decision making capability. * Results oriented, with high attention to detail. ![]() * Maintain confidentiality with all employee information. * Maintain accurate and organized timekeeping records. * Provide timekeeping training to new and existing employees, as needed. * Partner with Business Unit HR teams to support Payroll and HRIS needs. * Partner with Corporate Payroll to ensure processes meet Corporate guidelines. * Ensure that Kronos configurations are compliant with the various Federal and State laws, as well as Company policy. * Audit and adjust PTO balances for employees that have returned from Leave of Absence. * Ensure employee changes, via import from PeopleSoft, are updated correctly and timely in Kronos. * Provide clear answers to payroll-related inquiries from associates and supervisors, utilizing policy and procedures to ensure conformity and application consistency. Adjust and edit time according to Supervisor s approval. * Resolve all timekeeping discrepancies to ensure that weekly payrolls are accurate and within company policies. * Ensure all payroll reporting is carried out in an efficient and expedient manner, including but not limited to reporting hours to be paid via Kronos timekeeping, submitting bonuses, commissions and other earnings for payment.
